A: It depends on the Event, planning should start 6 months in advance. The recommended time frame is 12 months prior to the event.

A: Everyone can plan an event but to make your special day a truly memorable occasion an Event Manager can ensure you get the best out of your budget. We also take away the stress and let you enjoy the event safe in the knowledge that someone with experience is managing behind the scenes.
Q: How does your service work?
A: After your inquiry we will come and visit you for an initial consultation. We will get to find out your requirements, wishes and dreams. We want you to get to know us and us to find out as much as we can about you as a couple. Once we have all your ideas we put together a proposal and quotation for you and upon approval supply you with a formal contract. We will ensure you receive regular updates as plans progress and meetings can be arranged whenever you feel it necessary.
Q: What are the costs of your services?
A: Our costs are based on a number of things, we customize these costs based on your event details. On our initial consultation we'll discuss your event & theme ideas and then go over the costs. The consultation is free.
